Interior & Exterior Painting
There is no faster way to transform a home than paint, and no faster way to ruin one than a bad paint job. The visible difference between professional painting and a cheap paint job is what happens before the brush ever touches a wall: cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming. We charge for prep because prep is the job. The painting itself is the easy part.
Every Painting Project. Done to the Same Standard.
Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets — full surface prep, premium paints (Sherwin-Williams Emerald, Benjamin Moore Aura), and crisp cut lines without tape lines.
Exterior Painting
Power-wash, scrape, prime bare wood, caulk every gap, and apply two coats of 100% acrylic exterior paint with proper temperature and humidity windows.
Cabinet Refinishing
Doors removed, sprayed in a dust-controlled environment, hardware updated. Looks like new cabinets at a third the cost.
Color Consulting
We work with paint reps who know their lines cold — the right white, the right gray undertone, the right sheen for the room.
Wood Restoration & Stain
Decks, fences, beams, doors. Stripping, sanding, and re-staining wood the right way so it actually lasts.
Drywall Repair
Holes, cracks, water damage, and texture matching — fixed before the paint goes on, not painted over.
Typical Timeline
Single rooms: 1–3 days. Whole interiors: 1–2 weeks. Whole exteriors: 1–2 weeks weather-dependent.
What It Usually Costs
Interior: $3–$6 per sq ft of floor area, depending on prep needed. Exterior: $4–$10 per sq ft of siding surface. Cabinets: $80–$150 per door.
Every project is priced after an in-home consultation. These ranges are honest ballparks — not bait-and-switch starting prices.
