Home Additions
Adding to a home is the most ambitious thing a homeowner can do short of building from scratch — and it's where general contractors prove whether they can actually run a project. Permits, engineering, foundations, framing, MEP, roofing, drywall, finish work, and tying it back into the existing house cleanly. We've done it dozens of times. Most additions look like they were always there. That's the goal.
Every Additions Project. Done to the Same Standard.
Master Suite Additions
New primary bedrooms, en-suite baths, and walk-in closets. Built with the privacy, sound isolation, and finish quality that make a master suite worth having.
Family Room & Living Space Additions
Bigger great rooms, dedicated office space, hobby rooms, or sunrooms with proper insulation, HVAC, and natural light.
Second-Story Additions
The most complex residential project there is. Engineered to load-spec, framed clean, and tied back to the existing roof and stair system without making the original house feel chopped up.
Sunrooms & Four-Season Rooms
Glass-heavy rooms with the right glazing, climate control, and electrical to be used year-round — not just in May.
Garage Additions & Conversions
New garages, garage-to-living-space conversions, and second-story rooms over garages with proper firewall separation.
Permits, Engineering & HOA
We pull every permit, work with engineers and architects when needed, and handle HOA submissions. You don't want to do this part yourself. Trust us.
Typical Timeline
8–20 weeks depending on scope. Second-story additions and large additions run longer due to weather windows.
What It Usually Costs
Most home additions run $250–$450 per square foot all-in (foundation through finish). Second-story additions and high-spec finishes can run higher.
Every project is priced after an in-home consultation. These ranges are honest ballparks — not bait-and-switch starting prices.
Let's Talk About It.
Free in-home consultation. We'll measure, listen, and give you a written number — usually within a week.
